IMPORTANCE OF GOOD FOOD AND DIET:  IN LIFE, NOW DAYS IT IS VERY TOUGH TO MAINTAIN AND EAT HEALTHY FOOD IN THE BREAKFAST,LUNCH AND MY FAVORITE DINNER. TO EAT WE NEED TO BALANCE IT OTHERWISE IT CAN EFFECT OUR HEALTH . WE SHOULD EAT FOOD WHICH IS CONTAINING MORE VITAMINS, PROTEINS AND CARBOHYDRATES. FOR GOOD LIFE WE NEED GOOD FOOD. WHY DO WE NEED FOOD? THE CORRECT ANSWER IS THAT WHEN OUR BODY IS MADE UP OF VARIOUS ORGANS IT  IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE WHEN ONE OF ORGAN DO NOT WORK PROPERLY, THEN OUR WHOLE BODY GET START TO DAMAGE. WE SHOULD PROBABLY EAT GREEN VEGETABLES, MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS, BEANS, FRUITS,NUTS etc.  AT LAST I WOULD LIKE TO CONCLUDE BY SAYING THAT EAT GOOD AND LIVE GOOD. THANK YOU AND HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE.
